Spa & Salon Website Design With Online Booking
A spa website has one job: convince someone they'll feel better after visiting, then let them book in under a minute. Most fail the second part by hiding a phone number where a booking button should be.
We've already built this: Peace & Harmony
An Australian spa and wellness site with a calm, uncluttered design and booking integrated directly into the treatment pages, so choosing a treatment and reserving a time is one continuous action.
Problems we hear before the rebuild
- Bookings only by phone, so enquiries die outside business hours
- A treatment menu buried in a PDF that nobody opens on a phone
- No-shows with no deposit or reminder system in place
- Stock photos of someone else's spa undermining a premium price
- Quiet weekday mornings with no way to promote last-minute slots
What's included
Booking on the treatment page
Availability shown where the customer is already reading, not three clicks away on a contact form.
Treatment menu with real prices
Durations, prices and what's included, as proper web pages that Google can index — one page per treatment.
Deposits and reminders
Optional card hold at booking plus automatic email or SMS reminders, the two changes that cut no-shows most.
Staff and room scheduling
Availability per therapist and per room, so a booking can't be taken when the only hot-stone table is occupied.
Gift vouchers
Sell vouchers online with a unique code — consistently the highest-margin product a spa can put on a website.
Local search setup
Proper LocalBusiness markup, opening hours, map embed and a Google Business Profile tuned for "spa near me" searches.
Design that justifies your price
Wellness buyers decide how expensive you are in about two seconds, from whitespace, type and photography. Cramped layouts and clip-art read as cheap, and cheap reads as risky when someone is about to let a stranger touch their back.
We use generous spacing, a restrained palette and large photography — and we strongly recommend one real photoshoot of your actual rooms and staff. Nothing we can design competes with a genuine photo of the space someone is about to walk into.
One page per treatment
A single page listing every treatment can rank for roughly one thing. A page each for deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, facials and hot stone therapy can rank for all of them — and those are the searches that carry real intent, because the person already knows what they want.
Each treatment page covers what happens during the session, how long it takes, what it costs and who it suits, then offers the booking widget. That structure answers the question and captures the booking in the same scroll.
Filling the quiet hours
Every spa has dead weekday mornings. Once booking is online, you can attach a standing off-peak rate to those slots, or push a last-minute offer to past clients by email without phoning anyone.
We set up the email list capture and the off-peak pricing rules at build time, so the tools are there the first slow week you need them.
Questions we get asked
How much does a spa website with online booking cost?
Most spa and salon sites land between $1,500 and $4,500. A treatment menu, gallery, and booking integration with an existing system sits at the lower end; custom multi-therapist scheduling, gift vouchers and deposits sit at the upper end.
Can you work with the booking system we already have?
Yes, and usually we should. If you're on Fresha, Timely, Mindbody or Square Appointments, your staff already know it and your history lives there — we embed it properly and style it to match the site instead of replacing it. We only build custom scheduling when your rules genuinely don't fit an existing tool.
Will the site help us show up in local searches?
That's most of the work. We add LocalBusiness structured data with your address, hours and services, build pages for each treatment and suburb you serve, and set up your Google Business Profile to match. For a single-location spa, local search is the highest-return channel available.
Can we update prices ourselves?
Yes. Treatments, prices, durations and staff are editable from a simple admin area — no code, and no waiting on us for a price change.
Do you work with businesses outside Pakistan?
Yes. Peace & Harmony is in Australia, and we work across Australian, US, UK and European time zones routinely. We schedule calls in your working hours, not ours.
